WMNF is celebrating our 40 Year Anniversary with special events that reflect our history. As part of this celebration, the WMNF tribe is bringing in the New Year with Donna the Buffalo – the band that has played ten New Year’s Eve events with us. To make it even more historic, our New Year’s party will return to the first venue that Donna the Buffalo ever played in Florida, the Cuban Club Courtyard (they played the 1994 Tropical Heatwave). From that Heatwave set 25 years ago, Donna the Buffalo spring-boarded to become one of the most enduring and popular festival bands in Florida, known for their long, groove-filled sets that fill dance floors and summon communal spirits. Be part of the “Conscious Evolution”.
